Since I lived on Long Island and work there I couldn't go back and forth. I met with him once and didn't find what I was looking for.He thoroughly investigated the houses I was interested in and knew what I was looking for. Buyer reviewI was directed to Kirk through Zillow. Once we met up to tour the property, he was incredibly kind and helpful, and I continued to use him to complete the purchase of my first home. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable of the area, had a good understanding of the market, communicated quickly and well, and one of the most important things to me - he was not over bearing. Kirk took care of a lot of the behind the scenes work, so the process was very seamless for me. He set me up with a great home inspector, lender, and Title service. With his team's hard work, I was able to purchase the home quickly and without any issues. Thank you Kirk for everything!
