Seller reviewI would recommend Kris to all buyers in sellers- my parents even used Kris. He got my unit by mail out letters to every owner in the stacks I wanted. We only got one response but I got my dream unit and Kris made it all happen before it was even listed! In this market you need a realtor like Kris to get you top dollar and to find a needle in a haystack!

He listens to what the purchaser is looking for and tailors house hunting combine with his knowledge to ensure the customer comes out way ahead. His professionalism and communications skills are unmatched. In 20 years of moving due to military service, and the purchase of many homes throughout the United States Kris is clearly the best I have worked with and is definitely an asset to his team and office. I highly recommend to any and all.

Buyer reviewKris Phillips was one of the nicest and most respectable person I dealt with during this whole process of searching and buying a new home. He told you exactly what he thought of the places we were checking out and didn't try to hide anything just to make a sale. When our lender went silent Kris started inquiring what was wrong on their end and stayed on them daily to make sure things were getting done in time for closing. Would I use that lender again? No, but I would certainly use Kris again anytime I need to sell or buy a new place.
