Wanted someone that was very understanding and down to earth. Understood where we were coming from and what we were looking for. Kris takes it very serious and makes the process smooth which takes the stress out of it. That's what I was looking for. Kris was on top of everything. He always had the answers we needed. If we needed anything, he would get it and get back to us asap. He made the process overall so easy. Never did we have issues getting in touch with him. Communication was always on point which was huge in this kind of market. Fast and officiant. Best part about dealing with Kris is wether you knew him for years or just met him yesterday, he talks to you and works with you like he's your best friend and has known you forever. Makes the whole situation very comfortable. Keeps its real and honest. He's a straight shooter and doesn't want you to waste your time and that's what you need in this kind of business. Everyone I dealt with or came into contact with throughout the whole process with century 21 was wonderful. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I never ran into any problems. All around the century 21 office I worked through was top tier. Overall, my experience with Century 21 and with Kris was amazing. They made the process enjoyable. Kris is the man. I recommend him to everyone and as long as he is doing it I will continue to recommend him. I'm glad I worked with him and went through Century 21.
