Kris Stratman was amazing! He was personable, straight forward and always got back with us in a timely manor. I would recommend him to anyone. Being first time home buyers, we had lots of questions. He was excellent in explaining everything to us. Was always on top of keeping us informed. The quality we valued most about Kris Stratman is he was real & and down to earth. It was like having a good friend going shopping with you, not someone just trying to sell you a house to make money. Office staff was always very nice. Kris set us up w/ another realtor, Jason, when he was out of town to look at a couple of homes which was greatly appreciated. Even though we weren't his clients he was very polite and answered any questions we had. We anticipated buying our first home to be alot more stressful. We believe having an excellent realtor such as Kris by our side alleviated that stress. Even when we hit a couple bumps in the road he reassured us, stayed on top of things and kept us positive.

My family made a list of "wants and needs" before going to Century 21 the next day. We didn't want to forget anything that was important to us when purchasing a home. We took the list in and Kris Stratman greeted us at the door right away. He led us to a conference room and we got down to business. We talked about our list and Kris said he knows a house that might fit out list. We went to see it right away and I am not exaggerating at all, the house was perfect! Mr Stratman listened to us, considered what was available to narrow down our search but the first home he showed us was exactly what we needed. I was absolutely dumbfounded. Mr Stratman is an excellent listener. At no time did I ever feel pressured into looking through a home that was 2nd best or worse. Mr Stratman was professional and down to business. He worked hard on our behalf and I appreciated that very much. Of course he has a sense of humor and joked with us but when it came to getting the best deal possible on the home of our choice, Mr Stratman was top notch! I needed to get out of a rental situation I was in. Mr Stratman worked overtime to expedite the purchase of the home. I felt guilty calling him on weekends and tried not to bother him too much, but whenever I called he answered or if he couldn't he always called me back when he was available to answer my questions, ease my anxiety or update me on how the process was going. Any time I called or walked into the office I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. The staff was wonderful to me and my family.I cannot thank them enough for all their help and kindness. We have the home of our dreams and it's because of Century 21. I cannot thank them enough.

Hands down I would recommend Kris to any person I know to either purchase or sell a home. Not only for his ability to properly do what is expected by an agent but for the fact that he will not hide and wait for an unexpected problem to happen, rather anticipate the situation and handle it before it becomes a problem. Having an agent that handles the pocess of your purchase or sale allows home owners to focus on other important parts of stressfull process of home ownership. I will refer anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home to Kris Stratman.
