When buying and finding your soon to be safety net, I always imagined there was a wrong way & a right way. That could have been my unfamiliar brain, but with Kristen, the only way was right. She went further than above and beyond. She kept us informed with every step we took, we were never left feeling confused or wonder. Kristen made sure we got everything we wanted, nothing was never too much! We never felt shut down, invalidated, or too much when asking questions. Kristen was a great resource and did so much heavy work for us. We have a perfect home thanks to her.
