She was able to find us many great homes to look at, even in a tight market! If you want to find the right home in Kootenai County Kristen is your best choice. Kristen did an amazing job finding us just the right house at a price we could afford. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and was always available. She seems to truly love finding the right home for her clients. This was our second purchase through Beutler and Associates and it was even better than the first. FANTASTIC! Despite the covid 19 challenges.
