Prior to finding our future home, we would give housing suggestions and Kristen would point out features that either didn't make a house a good fit for us or why she thought the house would be a good fit for us. Kristen seemed very knowledgeable about the Newark area which we were interested in. She was also very outgoing but also laid back so we knew she would be low pressure for us to make a decision. After finding our dream home, Kristen was very proactive during the negotiation period. I always felt like I knew what was required of me after the seller accepted the price. Kristen was very prompt with the paperwork and made sure we were on schedule for everything. She spent hours with the plumbers when they did their water pipe inspection. Eventually, Kristen was able to help us obtain our dream home and even though this was a challenging and different situation (seller was out of the country), she stuck with it and addressed any of the hiccups that came along. Kristen really surprised us with how accessible and prompt she was with her responses. She was very patient and remained clam and collected during the week before closing. I was a nervous wreck and contacted her all the time that week. Kristen was always friendly and professional; it made us feel like she never has a bad day. We were never hesitant to ask her a question. If Kristen didn't know the answer to something, she found out. She coordinated with my mortgage company, lawyer, the seller agent, the county, and all the service people too! I really feel like Kristen went above and beyond for us. And only afterwards did I learn she was working with other clients too! At the time, she made us feel like she was only working with us. We felt like she treated this whole home purchasing process as if she were buying the house. Kristen shared our excitement when we closed on our house. She was even there for moral support on the day of closing!

Kristens is wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, kind and resourceful. With any challenges she always had a resolution prepared. I really enjoyed working with her and would suggest her to anyone I know needing a realtor.
