Buyer reviewUpon the initial meeting with Kristi Provencio, we were thrilled to find someone so down to earth and who took her time to explain things to us. She even met with us late since me and my wife's schedules are difficult to coordinate. She remained a support for us as a custom build was extremely time consuming and she greatly aided during times of disagreement with the builder or when we were unsure of the steps to take. Every question we had regarding purchasing a home she was able to answer and if it was something sightly unfamiliar she'd find a way to get the answer. We never felt lost and she was very thorough. Kristi is an amazing individual to work with and we plan to recommend her to anyone we know who wants to buy a home. She was always readily available to talk with us and made sure things were done and handled in a timely fashion. She is truly patient as this was a long (over a year) process and she remained helpful and got us where we needed to be. If/when we are looking for our next home we'd definitely have her as our realtor again!!!

Buyer reviewKristi had a service attitude beyond our demands. She was always there for us whenever we needed her. She showed us around with a very pleasant attitude and always thinking what was best for us. She was a great help. She was very helpful with the financing of the house. I truely believe that without her help we would not had been able to obtain financing of the house. Quicken loans had us approved for the lian of the house and when our offer was accepted Quicken loans came back saying that they made a mistake during the evaluation of the approval and that we were no longer approved for the loan. Kristi immediately found a bank that can give us a loan and we obtained the loan in one day due to Kristi's recommendation.
