We were blessed to have Kristi Provincio guide us through the purchase and eventual sale of our home in El Paso. We met when she was assigned to us through our relocation company during a PCS move. During the purchase, we expressed that one of our biggest consierations was resale value, as the resale of our home would play a huge role in our future prospects. Life events had left us in less than ideal circumstances and my career was quickly nearing the end. Kristi found a home that was perfect for our needs and circumstances. Based on our monitoring of the market, houses in our neighborhood consistently maintained higher value than those around it. We had no doubts that Krist was the person we wanted when we were ready to sell. Our home was under contract in days, selling for more than we dreamed possible. During our purchase and sale, we discovered that Kristi is a very competent realtor and truly wonderful person. She worked tirelessly with us through every circumstance, being ever accessible, and always having our best interest at heart. We are grateful for her guidance, which has led to a complete change in our circumstances and prospects for the future. We never thought we would utter the words, "I miss the realtor." We do. She is an honest, hard working wonderful person that we cannot recommend enough.

What my husband and I appreciated most about Kristi Provencio was her attentiveness. She was just a phone call or text away, and always, always responded quickly. If we had questions or concerns, she did not stop until she had our issues resolved. She understood our needs perfectly, and many times knew what we wanted before we did.

Top notch service from every aspect and quite frankly she is just a genuine person. She kept our interest in the forefront above everything else. This was one of the most positive home purchases I've experienced, mostly because of Kristi's efforts. No issues from anyone in Century 21 staff, but Kristi went above/beyond. I never recommend real estate agents to people, but I will definitely recommend Kristi to everyone I know when the time presents itself. Would give better marks if they were available. She even helped explain things outside of what you'd expect from an agent.

My overall experience working with Kristi was excellent. She stepped in when it wasn't possible for us to do so. Her knowledge and experience in this field made the home buying process simpler for us. Kristi broke down the home buying lingo for us and made it easy for us to understand. Kristi is extremely approachable she made us feel welcomed and comfortable, because this state is totally new for us. She was available for us whenever we called, texted or emailed and I must say Kristi went over and beyond and we greatly appreciate her for that. Kristi made the necessary recommendations to us in order for our new home to be move in ready. We were matched with a phenomenal broker. We would definitely refer her to friends and family as well as ourselves for the future.

Although excited at the prospect of being first-time home buyers, we were not looking forward to the process and the state of the market. Fortunately for us, Kristi Povencio of Century 21 the Edge was our agent! She was honest, and inciteful, and took the time to understand our hopes and wants before we even started looking. She felt like a friend looking out for us rather than an agent hoping for us to buy. She helped us avoid some costly mistakes we were on track to make, and I'm confident the dream home we found was a direct result of all that she did, the last-minute showings, her communication with all parties, and her desire to help us.
