My name is Kristi Van Unnik and I am a Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Judge Fite Company in Midlothian, Texas. I have lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since 1989 and in Midlothian for the past 14 years. For many years I traveled around the country and world. I loved (and still do!) the experience of seeing new places, trying new things and meeting new people. But, for me, the best part of every travel experience was the moment that I opened my front door. Nothing can replace the feeling that you get knowing that you are "home". Buyer reviewWe purchased a home without being able to step foot in it. Kristi was so valuable by using FaceTime, photos, and other means to assist us in the purchase. She met with the seller/builder in our absence and advocated for us often. Her husband, who is also an agent, was available several times when she couldn't be so it was exceptionally nice to have essentially two people for the price of one. Kristi has her finger on the pulse of what is selling here in the area and I felt confident that she knew good pricing and what is acceptable and not. She was essential to our home purchase from out of state. I trusted her opinion and she had an eye for detail.
