When I first met Kristin, I told her the area I wanted to purchase a home in. Having lived in the area herself she was very knowledgeable about where I could find the most for my money. I was using the VA Loan so I had certain guidelines to follow while purchasing a home and Kristin went out of her way to send me listings of nothing but VA approved homes to make my decision making easier. Once we went under contract things were getting confusing and stressful for me dealing with all different parties and it was a relief that I always had Kristin in my corner to help me as best as she could and even going above and beyond for me in solving some of the issues we had. I can't say enough good things about Kristin and would recommend her to everyone I know buying and selling a home.
