Buyer reviewKristi handled the transactions and purchase of my rental property with great knowledge of the market/area, including knowledge of the city rental permit side of things. She was timely in gaining access, and because of the urgency she brought, we were the first offer in so they negotiated with us. The house was only on the market for approximately 2 weeks. She also went above and beyond to leverage the inspection report to reduce the price.
