With more than 19 years of client relationship, business development and contracts experience, Kristy Matthai Dosberg is the REALTOR® for you. After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. Seller reviewKristy Matthai was so awesome in helping me not get overwhelmed with everything I needed to do to get ready to even list the house. We made a list of everything that needed to be done and by when, then would send me encouraging reminders, and congratulate me on my progress. That was huge for me. After living in the house for 19 years and raising 3 kids, I really needed someone to keep me on track and not lost in the sauce. During closing, the buyer had some delays in financing, and she reassured me that all was well. She was super on top of that in communication with the buyers lender, and myself. That was so important since we had moved out of state. All in all, Kristy was fantastic, and helped us actualize our dream!

She was able to work with us over the course of months to find the perfect house for our family, keeping in mind our other properties and ideas. She is a great sounding board for real estate ideas whether it weighing the options of renting or selling a currently owned property or just talking about a particular area. She has great breadth of knowledge in the DMV. Her knowledge of the different aspects of the different states laws and regulations with regard to purchasing and selling is second to none. In addition Kristy's commitment to getting us to the settlement table and beyond is truly above and beyond.
