With more than 19 years of client relationship, business development and contracts experience, Kristy Matthai Dosberg is the REALTOR® for you. After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. We approached Kristy for her opinion on price of the home in the current market and she came out to the property to provide a "honey do list" of simple things we could do or change to make the house sell for the most profit. She went over a whole marketing plan as well, her opinions and feedback are exactly what we were missing before!
