Buyer reviewKyle was quick and professional. He also introduced us to Ryan West with First Federal Bank who was able to not only get us a grant that we were unaware of before but he also got us almost an entire percentage rate lower than the other mortgage brokers that I had spoken to. By the end of it he had somehow made it so where the only thing we had to pay to close the house was the inspection cost plus $60. But soon after the title company reimburse us for the $75 gas line warranty we paid during the inspection, so really we ended up being paid $15 to close! Also he was available at all hours even when he was on vacation if I needed him. My wife and I just had our first baby, she was sick in the hospital for 5 days and it was going to cause us to miss the closing. Kyle and Ryan West and the lady from the title company came to the hospital on a Friday night and we closed on our house then and there. I'm serious when I say I cannot recommend him enough I made this process during a very stressful time way, way easier.
