Kyle went above and beyond my expectations in my recent home purchase. He helped in many ways before and after the sale, and I appreciate the time he spent in working with me.

Kyle Kelley was the best realtor we ever had the pleasure of working with, and I have worked with 6 others, 2 from Century 21. First, Kyle was able to get our threatening and stubborn renters out of the property in a very positive manner that caused NO problems. Second, he agreed that we should paint the exterior of the house, which we did. Third, he hired a housecleaning service and a landscape team to make sure all details were covered. Fourth, he set up an open house in such a way that we had a huge number of interested buyers, which created a big demand for our property. Fifth, he quickly closed on the sale once he found the top buyer who paid about $100,000 more than we had thought the house would sell for! Sixth, he made special arrangements for my disabled husband so he spent as little time as possible at the title company, which was quite pleasant for him! Kayle is exceptional, for certain! I believe there is NO better realtor than Kyle Kelley! Whoever trained Kyle did a great job! Kyle managed the presentation of a shabby looking rental house so that in 2 weeks it became one of the best-looking homes on that street! He also made sure that this home had the maximum number of potential buyers possible! I only hope that Kyle Kelley will always be available to handle all real estate transaction for us, and I will be happy to receive text messages from potential customers so I can give a great recommendation to them about him! Of course I will also be praising him to our friends and neighbors!
