Kyle was raised in Cache Valley graduating from Sky View High School and Utah State University with a bachelor of arts in Business Education and Administrative Systems as well as a Masters degree in Business Information Systems and Education. He and his family left the valley for several years always with a desire to return home one day. Kyle and his wife Audrey have called Cache Valley home for more than 20 years raising their two children in Hyrum. Kyle has been actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America working as a youth leader in one form or another for over 28 years. In his spare time, Kyle finds pleasure in camping, indoor and outdoor cooking, hiking, trail running, exploring a new adventure, and playing grandpa. With many years of experience in the area of business education and employment training, Kyle currently finds great satisfaction in educating real estate clients on how to buy or sale their home. Buyer reviewKyle Saunderz helped us purchase a house outside of Cache Valley and was awesome at setting up homes we found, meeting us 2 hours away to show us these homes and then helped us navigate putting 2 different homes under contract and also backing out of a house we ended up not liking. Kyle Saunders was very friendly, fun to be around, and very knowledgeable with the insides and outs of the homes we looked at. He was easy to contact and very quick at getting back to all our messages, questions and any concerns we had.
