Seller reviewAs with previous experience with Kyle & Stephanie, they plan the work and work the plan! Such a great team that compliments each other so well! They not only planned the work, but helped us every step of the way by stopping by when we were there working on the property and providing us with excellent resources for paint/pressure washing/cleaning/plumber/pumping septic tank, etc. And he got us full asking price! Buyer reviewWhen I scheduled the inspection they asked me if Kyle was still with century 21, I didn't even realize I didn't know who he was with, I knew Kyle more than I did Century 21. It felt like I was working with an old friend, unless my kids start selling homes I'll definitely see him again when the time comes
