My husband and I fell in love with a house in the neighborhood I grew up in and knew immediately we had to have it. I contacted Lani because we'd worked with her previously & we did not want to work with anyone else! There is no one more knowledgeable, honest, and helpful than she is. We wanted to make an offer without a contingency, so within three days of falling in love with the new house, our current house was listed, and in three hours it was SOLD. Lani didn't even get a chance to put her sign in our yard! It felt relieving to know we would not be spending weeks - or months - having strangers in and out for showings, and rearranging our schedules to accommodate potential buyers. The next day, we made an offer on our dream house and it was accepted. We had SO much trouble with our lender throughout the buying process and Lani stayed on top of everything.
