Lara Jill Buford - was a Godsend - having previously had a buyer who backed out 1 hour before closing - it was very comforting to know she was on our team. I plan and referring everyone I can to Jill - she was hands down the best Realtor I have ever worked with!!! She id phenomenal - not only did she reassure us we would sell our home - she secured contractors, cleaners, repairmen and was diligent in selling our house.

Seller reviewI had several realtors offering to sell my house However, none...besides Jill offered any hope or encouragement in regards to believing that the property would sell for our asking price in the area Jill believed in my beliefs in bringing transformation and great improvement to an area that seemed impossible. She's absolutely amazing in everything video, online marketing and making the sell happen. I will definitely be using Jill and central 21 again in the future, God willing I have experienced a dream come true through this agency and agent. Her appearance, words, and passion radiated immediately over the phone and in person and immediately offered me encouragement in selling my home in an area that many ridiculed. she's meant to sell and has great integrity we will be using her again in our future.

Buyer reviewLara was a wonderful person to work with, this was my first time looking into buying a house. Jill listened to everything i had on my wish list for a home. Jill was very honest when explaining things about the home buying process. At two different times during the home buying process I was put into the hospital, Jill was every understanding and still communicated with me daily. It was a very personal thing and Jill was great with the whole satiation. She communicated with my father who was very involved with the process when I was unable to talk. Jill took her time to find exactly was I was looking for. She worked around my busy work schedule. At the time closing was a week away and I was in the hospital and Jill did everything she could to help make the process easier on me. She communicated with my family to help me be able to complete the process in a very hard and stressful time.
