Larisa was amazing in helping us on our journey of finding a home. She was willing to always inform us of options and possibilities with homes we loved and being realistic with particular situations. She also stayed up late at night to answer many questions we had and alleviated a lot of stressors that come with purchasing a home. Her knowledge of the market and of the Madison area are invaluable and she will be honest with you on her thoughts and expertise to give you a well-informed, bon-biased opinion. She really cared about us and our happiness with finding the right perfect home and was going to help us make it happen as soon as she possibly could. As someone who is in the U.S. Army National Guard, she was willing to help solidify a closing date as soon as we had an accepted offer. We were set to close on a day that I was to be shipped out for my training and Larisa was in constant communication with the sellers agent to see if they could move up our closing date, which she made happen.
