Buyer reviewThe house really sold itself because of location and a specific need. The house was also absolutely immaculate so hopefully it was a pretty easy sell. However, when I cold called the office about seeing the interior Larissa was able to make it happen within a few hours and I submitted my offer which was the asking price that very day. I felt Larissa was/is extremely honest, trustworthy friendly. She is also very funny and we discovered we had a lot in common. In addition to being knowledgeable about the property in like Larissa so much I would like to think I made a new friend.
