Buyer reviewMy wife and I worked with Larry for over a year and a half. He had the patience to stay with us all the way. He understood what our needs and preferences were for the house. Anytime we called on a particular house, he never hesitated to quickly set up a time to meet and look at the house. He educated us on New Bern, the good and bad. Provided valuable info re choices for services prior to moving in. Could not have asked for a more qualified and enjoyable realtor to work with. Would not hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for a new home!

Buyer reviewWe were visiting the area with home buying intentions and my husband went in the local office. Larry Houston just happened to be there that day and was very welcoming! He made himself available immediately ! Our home buying was all done via another state and has been a process of about 3 years. Larry Houston was extremely accommodating and patient, positive and professional! He communicated via text, e mail, phone (with sometimes a 3 hour time difference). We would recommend Larry Houston for any future home buying/selling needs.

We instantly knew he was the right realtor for us - ultra professional, CALM, knowledgeable and kept all his promises after we left the initial meeting. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Houston, in fact....he was 'the' best realtor we've ever worked with AND created the best real estate experience to-date. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have met him that day. Just fantastic. Mr. Houston never made us feel we were taking up his time and we feel he went above and beyond what most realtors would do for an out of town customer.
