Buyer reviewLarry was great to work with on purchasing my new home. There were many times over the course of 6 months where he had to struggle with the builder's team to get answers and he didn't mind going to the top of the chain to get them either. I would definitely recommend Larry to other's looking to purchase or sell their homes.

Buyer reviewLarry has great local knowledge and had a good understanding of what I was looking for. This helped a lot in finding a suitable home. I had previously dealt with a couple of agents who were from out of town, and they were not helpful in finding what I was looking for, either because they didn't understand what my needs, or because they lacked familiarity with the local market. I would definitely recommend Larry if you're shopping in the Franklin Co area, he may be familiar with other areas as well, but he has great insight into Franklin Co.

I have dealt with several realtors over the past 20 years and by far Larry Moore is the best. Larry was very quick and diligent with getting paperwork signed. Kept constant open communication. Was always available to answer any questions I had.
