Larry Stanley was recommended to us 2-3 years ago when we first started looking for a house to buy. We were very specific about what we wanted and didn't want. Larry always took the time to check specifically for what we had in mind. He never once cared if we weren't interested an any houses he came up with. Larry is more than our real estate agent, he is our friend, he's like family. We have 3 children and they just love Larry, and even gave him a nickname. It embarrassed me at first, it was from SpongeBob, but Larry just loved it. Each and every time that Larry called, he would always ask how our kids were, how they were feeling, how school was. He genuinely cared. He always asked about my husband and I too. Every time the kids had a birthday, he would come if he could, but if he couldn't, he made sure that they had a card and present in the mail from him. And even when there weren't any new listings, Larry would still call and keep in touch and make sure everyone was ok, and see how everyone was doing. We are so thankful and blessed that Larry was the one recommended to us. He didn't care about the sale, he didn't want to just sell us our first house, he wanted to help us buy our "home". After a while i would get a little discouraged, but Larry always stayed positive and kept my hopes up. And i always looked forward to talking to him. He's such a friendly and positive person. Larry went way way above and beyond being a real estate agent. Like i said, he's like family to us. Our children and my husband and I absolutely love him and are so thankful to have met him. My husband and I recommend him to everyone we know interested in buying a home. I just don't have enough words to describe Larry and how great of a job he did. I wish all real estate agents were like him, bUT Larry Stanley is definitely one of a kind. Larry came highly recommended to us by a friend. Larry was very knowledgeable and helpful, and took the time to explain anything we didn't know about. which was quite a bit. Larry was never anything but so nice, respectful, kind, generous, helpful, friendly. He was above and beyond all expectations. Everyone was nice and friendly. Our overall experience was fantastic and smooth!! Larry hung in with us for the 2-3 years that we looked for a home. He never once got frustrated or tried to push a house on us. He kept OUR hopes up!!

Larry has been a friend since I was a child and there was no other consideration of anybody else. He was very professional with the whole process and was constantly keeping us updated. I will highly recommend him!
