Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. "Always Available" is my motto.

What I appreciate the most about Larry is his honesty when he show a house even if it might cost him the deal. He also listens very carefully what ones requirements are and will only recommend houses that meets those requirements. We have never got the feeling that Larry is pushy and want to close a deal at all cost.

Buyer reviewWe were able to find and put an offer in our house in one day. We were from out of town but Larry made everything very easy. Kept us up to date on even the most minor things and was there with us every time we were in town to meet with inspector or buliDer or if there was ever any questions or problems. We have a very active one year old and larry couldn't have been any more patient or kind with him. We would use larry again regardless of which realty company he is with.
