Recently I decided to purchase an empty lot in the Torino area. In making this decision, I found prices all over the board and struggled whether or not I was making a good buying decision. This created some hesitation on my end and the need to seek sound advice. Latonia was that sounding board that gave me comps of recently sold properties and the knowledge needed to make a sound decision. not only did I purchase a lot, I purchased it under listing price in an area when that just don't exist. Latonia did right by me and will be someone I use in my next deal for sure. Latonia was responsive and kept me in the loop on my business deal. That's very important to me, since I strongly believe if you pay for a service, you should get the best it has to provide. On another note, Latonia to this day, keep has kept me briefed on market conditions and opportunities when they arise. In my book, that says RELATIONSHIP in capital letters!
