Laura's knowledge, availability, enthusiasm, and friendliness made our move from South Carolina to Tennessee flow more smoothly than we anticipated. She responded on short notice to show us dozens of homes over the Thanksgiving weekend. She professionally resolved any issues that arose and six weeks later we happily moved into our new home.

I have recently heard more than a couple horror stories about the difficulties and frustrations of the home buying process, so I was prepared for the worst. Laura went above and beyond. She made the entire process as simple and easy as possible. She guided me through the process and made sure I was prepared each step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Laura. My fiancé and I started this home buying process with pretty much zero understanding of how things work, and Laura not only walked up through the steps, but she made us feel involved, educated, and as competent as possible for such a monstrous task. My favorite thing about her was that she never made me feel like I was bothering her (even though I know I was at times!) She was extremely fast to respond to our questions. She also pointed out things during our walk throughs that we had no idea to look out for, which I loved. She didn't just help us find a home, she was our advocate during the entire process. I wasn't so sure about using a realtor before starting this process, but now I would NEVER consider buying or selling without one... especially if it's Laura!

I did an online search for homes and filled out a questionarre of sorts. This I assume alerted Laura. Laura called me that day or the next day and left a voicemail. She sounded so professional, knowledgeable and confident in her voicemail. I was instantly impressed. After I had not called her back she left another voicemail a day or so later which was equally friendly and not at all pushy. I called her and I liked her immediately. She was easy to talk to and she set up showings for me immediately. She was so personable and very down to earth. My husband and I loved her! She advised me every step of the way and I used all of her recommendations and contacts for inspetion, closing, etc. She did not steer me wrong on one thing. From our very first meeting through the closing on my home it took 30 days or less! There was not one hiccup or obstacle. She made every single detail so easy for me. Although I owned houses previously that was with my exhusband who always handled everything about purchasing our homes. This time I was the one who was responsible for finding a home, getting a mortgage and working through the process and I was terrified and felt embarrassingly clueless. Laura along with the Mortgage folks she recommended and the inspector explained everything to me in terms that I understood and I had complete confidence in Laura and the people at Mortgage Investors Group. They made this such a wonderful and positive experience. There are many realtors out there but you have one of the best in Laura. She is a jewel. I will recommend her highly to anyone and everyone.
