I have delt with Laura in the past and was pleased with the services that she provided. When I decided to sell my property, I contacted her, Laura was very knowledgeable and was able to give me direction on how to get the most money out of the sale of my property! I did exactly what she recommended and when she seen the improvements that I have made, she suggested that we list the property at a higher asking price based on her experience. I was kind of hesitant to list it at that price, but she assured me that it would sell. Within 3 days, Laura called me and said we had an offer on the property. It was lower than asking price, but she suggested we come back with a counter offer because she knew it was worth more.. After some back and fourth conversations with the buyer, she was able to get me a offer that was really close to the original asking price! She had me a contract later that day and we closed on the property with in 3 weeks. Total time to sell my property was about 1 month witch was faster than i expected. The price was higher than I ever expected and it was Laura's expertise that made it possible. Awesome experience with Laura. She exceeded my expectations!!
