Buyer reviewFrom what we had heard and seen regarding Laura's performance and professionalism it was no question whether or not we were going to approach her in regards to being our real estate agent. We were just hoping that she would accept us as clients. Even with having just had triplets, she excitingly and graciously accepted us as clients. Laura worked magic for us during this crazy market I we were able to have our closing costs covered by the seller and we actually paid under appraisal value as well. Every time I called Laura, she picked up immediately and was able to answer any questions or get right on coordinating anything that needed to be done. Throughout the process she recommended a few people regarding finances and inspection and each person that was recommended are now people that we will continue to recommend to others. This being our 1st home purchase we could not have had a better experience and know that we will use Laura in the future for any real estate means that we might need.
