Seller reviewWhat seemed like an impossible job, selling my mother-in-laws home in a short period, turned into a pleasant adventure thanks to the professionalism and work ethic of Laura Luna and her husband Javier Luna, also known as Team Luna. After the death of my mother-in-law, my wife and I were the principals in the tasks of cleaning out the home and selling it quickly. After interviewing 3 agents, we selected Laura and Javier Luna from Century 21. This is what they did for us: 1) Did research on comparable sales in the local area and helped us set a sales price 2) Reviewed the home and suggested ways to make it most presentable to potential buyers 3) Conducted a LOT of marketing, including soft marketing by knocking on doors in the neighborhood 4) Conducted several open houses 5) Assisted during the offer and negotiation phases 6) Helped close the deal in 8 days with an all cash offer 7) Made us feel comfortable through the entire process I highly recommend Laura and Javier to anyone that wants to market and sell their home quickly and for th highest price possible.
