Laura visited the property when I decided to put it on the market. I asked for her advice on what I needed to do in order to allow the house to present well and to make sure the buyer was happy with the house. She indicated several areas of improvement and followed up by checking in as the upgrades were being done. She visited regularly right up until the listing. She then took over and told me the process for selling the house and followed that process so there were no surprises. She documented the house well for the listing and we were reviewing multiple offers within about five days. I was very impressed with her and will ask her to help me sell another house.
