I have been a full-time Realtor® for 15 years and I continue to expand my knowledge of real estate through continuing education. Professional development leads to continued success, and I have received many additional designations through continuing education, namely my GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor® Institute) and SRES designation (Seniors 50+ Real Estate Specialist). I specialize in services including military transferees and Navy Federal Programs. My training and daily experience with relocating families provides me a greater understanding of the service that a client needs when they come to a new market. Seller reviewLaura, from the outset, displayed an intelligent insight in marketing the property. From listing to sale, she was "on top" of all of the factors involved and was in constant contact with us. After the house inspection, there were a couple of challenges and she personally managed them through to successful conclusion. My experience with her was that she has no peer in her attentiveness, intellect in her field, and constant communication with us as clients. She is the "best." I have related to many of my friends the professional manner in which he managed he sale of our property and would highly Laura to anyone interested in selling or buying.

She did not disappoint! Laura's services were highly recommended to us by a family member. When I reached out to her to discuss the sale of our property, Laura responded immediately. My schedule is tight and she made herself available at times that best suited me. She gave me prompt and honest feedback on how best to sell my property. We signed on with her and in a matter of weeks, the property was sold. Impressive! It should be mentioned that the property had been on the market with another agent for more than a year; Laura sold it in weeks! Seller reviewLaura Zurl is a Goddess. She was our 4th broker. The 1st was a friend of family, then she referred us to woman who sold us her house. This realitor didn't show up for 1st appt. and was 1 hr late for 2nd visit. Then a so called realitor friend told us that our house wouldn't sell. It had no curb appeal and because of Gas Plant expansion we wouldn'b be able to sell. Shame on him. We bought our house in 1989 in Jacksonville, FL from Century 21. I called up and a lovely woman listened to my woes. Within 2 hours Laura contacted us. Laura came in told us how to stage the house with a few fake plants here and there but the tip I will take forever and share (Laura hope you don't mind). Laura recommended we rake our new carpet with a plastic rake prior to a showing. It made the new carpet even fluffier but the benefit was when we returned from a showing you could see how many new people were in your home and what they liked or didn't care by following their footprints in the house. Laura suggested we escape for the 1st weekend so the showing could be unlimited. (We have 2 Black Labs to shuffle into a car and entertain for hours). We left the area and visited family, it gave us a chance to relax from fixing up your home to sell at a profit. Laura contacted us and we had an acceptable offer in 6 DAYS! I have and I will recommend Laura Zurl at any time to anyone who will listen to me. Give the woman a BONUS. We love her. I am amazed at the folk that are attracted to Real Estate. Your career is the most stressful and demanding job in the world. I could text Laura Zurl and she sensed whether I needed a personal phone call or a text message was sufficient. Laura hooked us up to knowledgeable and helpful contractors such as Denise from the Inspection Connection business. I have been painting and scrubbing for 4 months straight. Then the well inspection failed. I hadn't had a couch in 3 months downsizing the family home to sell. This news was debilitating. But Laura kept optimistic and us on track. I can't imagine dealing with this process without Laura Zurl. Shoot I'd give birth without drugs rather than sell a home for a profit in this market. Yes, Laura Zurl made our dream come true. We moved south to enjoy our retirement and be closer to family. So yall let Mr. co worker of Laura Zurl with our house having no curb appeal, I want to hear I am sorry.
