The circumstances surrounding the sale of the property were not at all typical as it was a Power of Attorney transaction and I live full time in Europe. Fortunately, I was able to fly out to California and meet Laurel in person where we came up with a plan on how to get everything done in the limited time that I had. Her knowledge of the local market, the complex the property was in and legalities of Power of Attorney real estate transactions were invaluable. She also supplied me with a list of names of people she'd worked with before who were very helpful in getting the property ready for market. We closed on escrow less than a month after the property went on the market with an offer significantly more than the listing price. The entire international transaction went off without a single hitch. I highly recommend Laurel Davies as she was a pleasure to work with; highly competent, professional and friendly.

If there was one word to describe Laurel it would be amazing, knowledgeable, hardworking, bold, warm, confident, etc. Obviously, there is no one word to describe Laurel. As first-time homebuyers, during the pandemic, we had no idea what to expect. Needless to say, from day one Laurel knew what we wanted. We were able to find our dream home during our first showing & got an offer accepted within days. Laurel Davies will work day & night for her client and pays close attention to detail.
