Buyer reviewI met Lauren through another Century 21 agent who helped me find a rental 2 years ago. We hit it off from our first meeting. Lauren is very easy to talk to. She really listened and understood my needs and challenges, which drove the process. She never pressured me or made me feel like I was taking too much of her time. She was always available when I needed her. Her advice, attitude, and warm friendly personality helped make this process so much easier. I will be forever grateful that she was my partner in this huge life event. If I ever move again she will be my first call. I didn't just gain a new home, I gained a new friend.

Knowing her character as a person was critical in our choice to use her to represent us in this purchase. She was highly proactive in keeping the process moving, especially when the seller's agent was slow to respond. Her communications at each stage of the process were clear and detailed.

Buyer reviewLauren made us feel like we were her only clients - from day one. We started working together about 4 years before we would even be able to consider buying a home, but Lauren didn't mind. She went to bat for us on lots of occasions looking for places to rent while we were preparing for a cross-country move. She would FaceTime us to give us a tour, complete with telling us how things smelled! (Bonus points from me who has a very sensitive nose.) I honestly felt like I was working with a dear friend who just happened to know all the ins and outs of real estate. Haha! She made a world of a difference during our long journey to finding our forever home. I would recommend Lauren to ANYONE. She knows what she's doing and she knows how to explain it well throughout the process. She was timely (most often, she was immediate), always available, fun to be around, and like I said, extremely knowledgable. Hands down, 7 out of 5 stars for Lauren Dunn!
