Personal Profile
I grew up in south Miami and attended the University of Florida where I received a BFA in Fine Arts. Upon graduation, job opportunities brought me to Atlanta, GA where I lived for 24 years and built a family. The sun, surf and great outdoors of Florida, along with my parents and collegiate family beckoned my return, and was lucky enough to land on the Sun Coast. The Tampa Bay area was an instant hit with my kids and I as it meshed with our laid back 'weekend' lifestyle being in close proximity to famous Beaches, the Arts, and of course Sports.
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years, dedicating myself to provide the most personal and professional care for my clients. I have initiative, am trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

Seller reviewLauren was wonderful to work with. She did a marvelous job being an advocate for us and understanding our situation. Lauren went the extra mile for us... we had to move into a senior facility and we could not handle our cleaning and moving at the final close. She stepped in and made our lives easier. What a pro.

I was impressed when she showed us homes because she made herself to answer questions however she did not hover over us as we talked and toured each home. She have us our space. Laura also was on top of everything from making an offer to the closing. She was very patient and not pushy as she took the time to show us at least 10 homes before we found the right one. I would recommend Laura to anyone that wants to have a good buying experience from start to finish.

Lauren has the needed connections referring to those that assist in closing the deal. Finally, she is relatable, professional at all times, but friendly and approachable! I have use Lauren's services in the past, will always turn to her in the future and have recommended her numerous times. My last purchase turned out to be a complex negotiation. Lauren stayed on task and led me into negotiations well informed and feeling secure that Lauren had my back the entire time. Lauren is a unique combination of professional and friend. We knew she had not been involved in real estate very long when we met her at an open house in our current neighborhood. She was honest about her experience when I asked and she was very easy to talk with. Lauren always wanted to do her best and it showed immediately and throughout our search for the perfect house. She will do well in this business as she learns more about the mechanics of the properties, appliances and fixtures. Lauren has followed up with my wife and I several times since our closing. This agent really cares for her clients and is a keeper, for sure.
