She took the initiative to investigate staging and expert photography to present our property in the best light, and I'm convinced that's why we got multiple offers and a bidding war for our property. As I lived an hour away, she assisted as we managed the process doing what was necessary not just in marketing the homes but also in taking care of these homes throughout the process...during the heat of summer, she diligently watered new landscaping at the last property sold - whatever it takes to get the job done.
