Mostly, I would like to convey that I am just a regular gal - a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a friend to many, a little sis to an amazing sister and two loving brothers. I love to work with people and welcome the opportunity to work alongside you. My business background started out in finance in which I gained an abundance of finance and service experience. I found out however, that my passion was in real estate. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the delight on the face of a new homeowner or the satisfaction of a client that has successfully sold their home. I love my job as a CENTURY 21 Realtor, whether working with buyers or sellers, and I can't imagine doing anything else. My unwavering commitment comes with honesty, integrity, dependability, positive attitude, constant communication, enthusiasm, and hard work. This work ethic has helped me achieve multiple awards as a realtor, such as the Pacesetter Award, Masters Ruby Award, Masters Emerald Award and Quality Service Producer Award. Buyer reviewWe were new to the whole process of buying a home. Laurie explained all of the little nuances of home buying very clearly and simply so that we could understand exactly what we were getting into. She made us feel very comfortable during the processes above. Laurie made us feel like we were her only client even though we know she had many during the time she worked with us. During one property in particular, the selling agent would be late to respond to Laurie regarding our questions, sometimes even not responding at all. It would have been a nightmare working with an agent like that one. Laurie was nothing but class and professionalism which was awesome. We knew she had our interests on her mind. If Laurie retires before we buy another property, I would beg her to come out of retirement so we can have her with us during the process. I can't imagine using any other agent. She was the best with us.

Seller reviewLaurie Carlson was super impressive with every single aspect of the sale. Incredibly savvy and excellent negotiation skills. I didn't realize how many aspects of selling a home require superb negotiation skills... it's not just the price of the home, it's the contingencies, the escrow timeline, having solid back up offers, etc. She constantly was accurately gaging the buyers and getting every little incentive for us... even little things like how she negotiated the sale of our appliances on the last day of escrow and got us a great price. She was kind and patient as this was the first time we've ever sold a house and it was emotionally difficult for us. Laurie is a woman of integrity and honesty that we could trust completely. We were blown away by how she navigated the sale of our home especially when it became very difficult with extenuating circumstances. She was available to us 24/7 and we can't say enough good things about her. Thank you Laurie Carlson!!!
