Leah, one heck of a gal. There were some people who wanted to sell a particular area of land, and it just so happens I was interested in purchasing that exact same piece of land. With all her skill and might, she was able to help these people and me agree upon certain terms and dollar amounts, figures and what have you, and at the end of the day, I own a chunk of dirt, and the other people received a significant amount of my money.
