But being a cool lady is only part of the equation. We did a virtual tour de force around the Fort Worth area, from as far north as Keller to as far south as Benbrook, and in a lot of places in between. Petra and I knew just enough about Fort Worth to be dangerous, so we relied heavily on Lee Anne's perspective and insight on where to live, what commutes would be nightmares (I'm looking at you I35W), and where the cool places to hang out would be. Her knowledge coupled with having the patience of Job was beyond impressive. I'm sure we would have found a nice house if we worked with anyone else, but I don't know that we would have found the home that we are moving to next week. Thank you, Lee Anne.

Lee Anne Hardie is my friend and a friend to all my family. I trust her implicitly. She had helped my son and his wife find their beautiful home last year and I knew she would consider what I wanted for my home and not just throw things at me that maybe something would stick.
