Seller reviewLeslie was excellent in every aspect of selling our property. She was very attentive to all our needs and treated our sale as if it were her own. She negotiated a better deal then we ever thought we could attain. I always felt like we were her #1 client, she responded immediately if we had questions, and she keep us updated on the progress of our sale from the offer to contract signing. She is by far the best broker I have encountered and My husband and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. Leslie is the AWESOME!!!! It was such a great experience working with Leslie on our home sale. We had some ups and downs with buyers and lenders during the inspection and funding periods, but Leslie stepped in and took charge and resolved all issues. She did a great job of keeping our stress levels to minimum while negotiating the best resolutions on our behalf. I would give Leslie an "EXCEPTIONAL" rating on her performance. I would rate my experience with Leslie as "EXCEPTIONAL" and would Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a broker to sell or purchase a home.

She did extensive background research on the uniqueness of the neighborhood and translated that data into the listing. She understands the distinctions of each listing, never using a cookie cutter technique. Leslie took a proactive approach to the sale of our property. She researched the neighborhood history, provided a local/national analysis, offered professional feedback to the many questions we had, advertised the house on social media and other avenues, and consistently kept us informed of each stage of the listing, sale, and closing. She acted not only as a realtor but as a true advocate for our family. Her caring personality, paired with her attention to detail and professionalism, provided a sense of comfort and degree of confidence that we needed....after 20+ years in our home!
