Prior to starting a career in Real Estate, I owned and operated a residential cleaning business in the Indianapolis and north side areas for over 17 years! I understand the commitment to my clients and the need to pay close attention to detail and have the total trust of my clients! I have worked with many of my clients in the preparation process of selling their homes through Staging the home and having the understanding of what it takes to market the home to a wide audience!I have a high respect for our men & women in the military! My oldest son graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2007 and served 5 years active service in the Air Force. I feel I have a true insight in being able to understand the needs and service our soldiers deserve. I look forward to working with the many men & women who have served our country.My service to you will be based on trust, professionalism, and understanding your needs. I pride myself on my attention to detail. I am passionate in helping my clients find their dream home or sell their current property.I have lived on the north side of Indy my whole life, several years in Zionsville where I still have family residing. The past 28 years have been in the Noblesville area. I have always enjoyed the small downtown atmosphere of both places and enjoy frequenting the many shops, pubs, and restaurants they have to offer. When Im not busy working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding bikes, camping, or simply hanging out around a fire with family and friends. Buyer reviewActually I did not select the broker but she was assigned by my company as part of the relocation benefits, nevertheless I was very comfortable workign with Leslie, before my final relocation she introduced herself during my home finding trip. Then, during the purchasing process she was very patient, always answering our questions in the best way possible, even going beyond and recommending a different lender when the one assigned by my company was unable to continue with the process.

Seller reviewWe interviewed one broker before Leslie Ramsey and planned to interview one other one afterward. But we hit it off with Leslie so well, we cancelled the interview with the 3rd Broker and just went to work. She coached us very well in what we needed to do, and made us feel she was part of the team. In summary: Leslie Ramsey was very good in estimating the value of our house and then coaching us on what needed to be done to maximize marketability. The result: a steady stream of Realtor-led visits the first day on the market, and three offers over asking price within just hours. Score!

Buyer reviewFrom the first time we spoke with her, Leslie made my wife and I's first home-buying experience a breeze. It was apparent from the beginning that she listened to what we were looking for and was determined to help us find it. Leslie is very available, honest, and an advocate for her clients. She always leaves the big decisions up to you and provides plenty of options/recommendations to help make sure your decisions are informed. However, she isn't afraid to push when you need a nudge to make a decision, which is a great quality for big, emotional purchases like a home. The moment I knew for sure we had the best realtor in town was when I asked her if we should offer over the max of our budget for a house we really wanted. She said, "but that is your max, that's what you made a max for." Most realtors would take advantage of that, but she truly had our best interests in mind rather than the financial gain that could have been realized on the transaction. We love Leslie and would recommend her to anyone!

Buyer reviewLeslie Ramsey has made finding and buying a house seamless! Her greatest attribute as a real estate agent is her consideration for all of our needs as a first time home buyers. My husband and I have very little knowledge on upkeep of a home and she walked us through all of the steps on changing out the wax caps on a toilet and even regrouting tile! On closing day, Leslie made sure to mention that even though we have the house she would still be our real estate agent and if we had any home questions to always feel free to ask! Her attention to detail and perseverance to get you the best deal will make anyone love her as their agent!
