Prior to starting a career in Real Estate, I owned and operated a residential cleaning business in the Indianapolis and north side areas for over 17 years! I understand the commitment to my clients and the need to pay close attention to detail and have the total trust of my clients! I have worked with many of my clients in the preparation process of selling their homes through Staging the home and having the understanding of what it takes to market the home to a wide audience!I have a high respect for our men & women in the military! My oldest son graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2007 and served 5 years active service in the Air Force. I feel I have a true insight in being able to understand the needs and service our soldiers deserve. I look forward to working with the many men & women who have served our country.My service to you will be based on trust, professionalism, and understanding your needs. I pride myself on my attention to detail. I am passionate in helping my clients find their dream home or sell their current property.I have lived on the north side of Indy my whole life, several years in Zionsville where I still have family residing. The past 28 years have been in the Noblesville area. I have always enjoyed the small downtown atmosphere of both places and enjoy frequenting the many shops, pubs, and restaurants they have to offer. When Im not busy working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding bikes, camping, or simply hanging out around a fire with family and friends. Buyer reviewLeslie is very energetic and on the ball, but also very patient and kind. Buying a house in this "sellers market" was a bit daunting, but Leslie kept on and i was able to find a place that was able to fit my needs. She was also able to negotiate a fair price. All in all, it went very smoothly and the process was very painless.

Buyer reviewAs a first-time home-buyer, Leslie's knowledge and availability to help me with any questions, or see any house/property was very comforting. She was prompt in all of her responses, and worked very hard on my behalf. Throughout my search, she never pushed me towards any house I did not truly show interest in, and was even keen to point out potential flaws I would have missed. She kept me focused, and also helped me ask questions of myself to gauge what I was truly looking for. I would recommend Leslie to anyone, as she is a great realtor with a strong all-around skill-set and very determined!

Buyer reviewLate last year, I had decided to forego another year of increasingly expensive rent for any apartment and would be on the search for a home. I asked a former of colleague and friend if she knew of any credible realtors that she would recommend for house searching in the Hamilton County area. She recommended Ms. Leslie Ramsey and looking back on that recommendation, I am very grateful. Leslie contact me the next day and politely inquired about what I was looking for in terms or location, price range and house type. After informing her of what I was seeking, Leslie quickly got to work any found homes within my initial price range. While those homes didn't initially pan-out, a gem was located back in January of this year in northern Noblesville. I am very thankful to Leslie for spotting what would become my future home. This house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, well-maintained and move-in ready! I can't imagine locating this house on my own and have already recommended Ms. Leslie Ramsey to two individuals who are seeking homes in the Hamilton County area. I think very highly of her skills, knowledge, politeness and abilities as a realtor! She's a realtor who puts your needs first and foremost and offers insightful professional opinions and advice. I would rate her as a 10/10 in her position and am very grateful for helping me the entire way on the house hunting and home finding journey! A top-rate realtor! Her knowledge of the areas, houses and the process was invaluable; she made the purchase of our first home from abroad in a short time frame seamless. New to the area, Leslie is the first person we met- she was friendly and was always happy for us to ask any questions. We inundated her with phone calls and texts asking for advice, and she was always happy to help. She introduced us to the areas and recommended everything from restaurants, gyms, furniture stores, places to buy cars and painters. More than a realtor, she was invaluable in making the process of moving here as stress-free as possible.
