I initially met Liezl Maliwat when searching for a home to rent. Her number was on one of the placards at the home I was interested in at Irving. Unfortunately, the home rented out before we could complete the application process. Thereafter Liezl was very diligent in helping us find another home for rent and she took us to view quite a number but for one reason or the other they never worked out. I also was planning on purchasing a home later on but with Liezl's knowledge and skills was able to find a home and closed on it sooner than expected. Home buying is known to be a nightmarish experience but Leitz would follow up on any questions with the seller, the financier, and escrow folks and would revert back with clear prompt, precise information making it a pleasant experience. Liezl is a very respectable, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant person to work with and I will highly recommend her to my friends and family because I am confident that they will be in capable hands and will not be disappointed by Liezl Maliwat.

Liezl was always ready to show me properties with short notice and accommodated my needs. She helped me look at many properties and providing information to my questions. During the search for my house Liezl showed a lot of patience, answered my questions, very professional and overall did a great job!

We relocated to the Dallas area from Michigan and had a pretty long list of requirements needed to be met. We wanted a house within a four mile commute from work, within one-two miles of our family, in a 10/10 school zone, without a pool, with great inspection, safe and nice neighborhood, open floor plan, gorgeous garden, fenced-in yard, near a walking trail, close to amenities like a water park, library, hospital, grocery store, etc.... omg the list goes on and on.... Liezl showed us 20 homes in about 30 days, walked us through three offers and was there with our keys in hand on the day of our closing with her incredibly positive nature!! She was upbeat, hopeful and patient the entire search. In the end she felt more like family and even knew all six family members names, brought our nieces bottled water and treats, stuck around for some of the inspections and answered every text, email and call in a timely manner. Not only did she secure us our dream home, she even recommended an area expert Montessori teacher and school for our daughter who has transitioned like a champ thanks to this new teacher all recommended by Liezl! To say she's a godsend is an understatement. Liezl was more than our realtor, she truly felt like a friend by the end of our purchase. Century 21 wasn't a company I chose by any means... I merely wrote online that I was interested in a house and in classic Liezl manner, proactive as ever, she was the first agent to respond and set us up with an online portal that made our search feel effortless. Huge thanks to Liezl who is just 10000% FABULOUS!
