Buyer reviewNo complaints. Lina was patient and helped us see many homes in the New Bern area. She shared info on neighborhoods, along with all the road construction going on. The BEST restaurant recommendation, so far, came from Lina. I am sure she helped and/or offered help with many other things. At the moment I am unable to recall them. Super friendly person and I am sure we will continue to be friends.

Buyer reviewBuying a house remotely, from nearly 1,000 miles away, we needed a LOT of extra help. Lina provided fantastic local knowledge and went above and beyond to open the houses we were considering for contactors and service people to provide estimates, since we couldn't be there in person. I'm sure we were a great deal more high maintenance than a typical real estate buyer, but Lina never hesitated to help and with here enthusiastic demeanor we never felt we were imposing. Lina's knowledge of neighborhoods, home values and local trends helped us feel we were making an informed decision on our final purchase. You will find her, friendly, professional, enthusiastic, caring and highly available. A person with great professional knowledge and good character. Highly recommend!

Coming from out of state we weren't always able to come and look at houses. Lina would do a video walkthrough with us.
