I know from her previous work that Lina gets the job done. She was always available for showings. She was also available to answer any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable about the paperwork needed. She always looks nice and professional. She has very friendly way about her. Lina worked harder than any other realtor I know to sell our properties. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

We personally highly recommend her to any home buyer . She's very very knowledgeable as a Realtor and very pleasant to work with. Works around your schedule patiently at any time. Speaks two languages English & Spanish. She's a 5+ star anytime . Thank you Mrs Lina, was a pleasure working with you. She met all of our guide lines help us tremendously for weeks making sure each and every home was exactly what we wanted . She show us plenty of home to look at each day . Help us find the wright Lenders home inspectors lender Insurances etc. If we needed to purchase another home or any of our friends , we going to make sure she's the one we will contact and suggest using. Very professional.

If you are looking for a Real Estate person, look no further. This person would be Lina Mann. I started this journey from my computer in New York. I wanted a place by the water but i was all over the place. Finally Coquina Key caught my eye. I saw a couple of agents on the site and i couldn't make up my mind of who to pick, so my fiance told me to pick out a woman because they work harder for you (no offense guys) "Boy was she right!" I picked Lina Mann and called her, from that moment on she was on the job. Lina is a "Star" in her field! She never let me down and was always honest with me. Two months later we found a place and we are now home owners in our little piece of paradise! Thanks to Lina Mann.

would definitely recommend Lina . She did what no other agent thought was possible . She negotiate from a Fannie Mae owned home almost 11k in concessions from bank almost 5 k in closing and a brand new air conditioner over 6k from a written estimate which no one thought Fannie Mae would go for but they did due to LInas talented negotiating skills . I would definitely recommend her and definitely use her again . Thank you Lina I am enjoying my home
