Linda is patient, low-key, and refreshingly honest, but also gets questions answered quickly and solves problems tenaciously. She really cared for my family both personally and professionally. She is the perfect buyer's agent.

I wanted a broker that was very knowledgeable about the area in regards to price and worth. Most importantly was to find a broker that was honest!!!!!!!!!! Linda was helpful, HONEST, and earnest in helping me find a home where I would be happy instead of only being interested in making a commission. She will be an asset to any company she works for in addition to being there for her clients. She is a team player not only inside her agency, but works well with agents from other companies. I felt confident in making offers on homes because Linda was able to inform me on matters relating to the purchase of a home in addition to helping me view the home in a way that allowed me to decide if this home was a good match for me. Linda answered ALL of my questions and if she did not know the answer she tracked down the answer. Many realtors twist their words when they do not know an answer and give you information that is not accurate. Linda never gives false answers or pretends to have knowledge on a subject that she has no experience with in that area. She is RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and a PLEASURE. I will always go to Linda for any real estate needs I have in the future, and will also send friends and family to her!!! Patient, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Trustworthy, Approachable, and Professional are her most valuable strengths to me personally. She has all of the above listed attributes, but some things I view as more important. Most people would find that she meets their needs as a broker. In today's world meeting the needs of Most people is a highly significant success rate. I have dealt with many realtors in my life both on a professional basis and in my personal life (I was a realtor for a few years and married to a realtor for way too many years). As a person that has known many realtors I can say with confidence that Linda is not only the best, but is also the only realtor I will recommend to others without hesitation. Recently I dealt with two other brokers in Blount County and your company has them beat by a mile. Your office has a comfortable atmosphere and employees are not stiff like they are at other companies. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.
