Seller reviewI was selling a property that belonged to my Dad, that I inherited when he passed. I had worked a different relator last summer at a different local company. I felt that the first relator had very little interest in the land. Linda was just the opposite. Linda was very interested and worked with me and stayed patient in the early stages( I was dragging my feet a bit). Linda gave me some great advice and insight on how to market the place. Linda listed it on Monday morning and by Tuesday noon, I had accepted an offer. Linda made it very smooth and got a price that was higher than we asked for and took the time to explain the steps of the sale and the paperwork. I look forward to having her help me on buying a house soon. Over all, I couldn't be happier with the job Linda did for me. I would recommend Linda Derosier to anyone interested in buying or selling. and especially in the Northern Hills. area.
