I couldn't have selected a better agent! She did her research to determine the sales price. I never thought we would get that price, but she knew what she was doing. Linda was responsive throughout the whole period and made me feel so comfortable during a time that could be very stressful. She knows the market, the area, and how to market a house. I don't know what else I can say other than I would use Linda Dort for my realtor again, have recommended her to others, and can't think of a better person to work with. It was a real pleasure working with Linda on the purchase of my new house and sale of my former house. A great professional! Linda is calm under fire. She's very patient and understanding and I never felt in comfortable asking questions.
