I can't figure out where to put the testimonial. But here's what I wrote: So glad we chose Linda Hammar as the real estate agent, to buy a home I found her through Zillow. We spoke with her over the phone from Utah and set up a time to go and then met with her in Montana to look at Jones. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data and providing tons of info on comps in the area. And showing ya around, since we were pretty much brand new to the area. We were concerned that finding a house we could afford would talk a long time or we'd settle for something we didn't like. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), coming out in a horrible storm and providing the tips on safer ways to travel and she suggested Hines we hadn't seen online once she got a feel for what we were looking for and lot more. When we saw the house she had in mind for us we were blown away. Thrilled! Walked in and knew we were home! She helped negotiate a deal we were happy with in a home that was better than we'd hoped for. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home really paid off. The house went under contract 3 days after we put in the offer and closed and moved in 6 weeks later. Linda walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Century21 Shae Realty Team in Butte MT to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. And went that extra mile to help us. I realize it won't always be this easy to buy your next home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

I am so happy we chose Linda as our realtor. From the beginning Linda listened to our needs, explained the process to us and made us feel comfortable. When our house went on the market she stayed in close contact with us and gave great advice on staging the house for sale. This was important due to the fact we live out of state and communication was so important. Linda was an absolute wonder to work with. As a first time homebuyer I was lost and confused. She took me in her hands and never lead me astray. I was doing a Veterans Loan which complicated matter greatly. Linda kept me on track (even when I didn't want to be) and helped me through the whole process.
